At Otto Maps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom cartography. If your map doesn't feel like home, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll your map and place it back into its original protective tube or box to ensure it stays crease-free during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned map, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
